All registrations will be done online OR by mail. You can download the registration form below and mail it to the address listed along with your check or money order payment.

Sign up sheets MUST be received no later than April 1, 2021. Sign-ups received after that date will be assessed a $10 late fee if there is space available. NO refunds will be made once uniforms have been ordered.
